Lounge Furniture Rentals for VIP and Seating Areas

When crafting a VIP area, several key areas demand attention:
The entrance, complete with check-in and signage showcasing the main sponsor, sets the tone for the VIP experience.
The lounge area - this area is where guests will sit, mingle, and have time to enjoy food and drinks.
The bar area - another area that is usually sponsored by a liquor brand or a mocktail and has a bar and back bar. The bar's size depends on the number of guests expected inside the VIP area.
The brand activation area - This can be the bar itself or an additional setup on one of the corners of the space.

Rent Bars and Back Bars for registration areas
Our Bars can be used as registration desks or paired with a back bar for a full bar experience. A bar is a focal point at any event. For social events, bars can be a place to connect and mingle with other guests. For corporate events and trade shows, planners can rent bars to be used as a place to register attendees for a show or a conference. Our bars can be customized with logos and images.
