New Pallet Furniture Configurations Designed for Large Las Vegas Venues
Las Vegas venues are known for their massive scale, like everything else in the city. From sprawling convention centers and expansive trade show floors to wide-open spaces that can feel overwhelming when designing an event. So when we develop new furniture rentals for events, we like to think about creating furniture that looks like it belongs in the space and that planners can find it easy to just “plug” in. An example of this is our collection of Pallet furniture, which are lounge configurations built on a larger scale to sit more guests than your traditional sofa grouping. Today, we're excited to introduce two new additions to our Las Vegas pallet furniture rental lineup: the Pyramid Pallet Lounge and the 16' Back to Back Pallet Lounge.
Both configurations were designed with large venues in mind, addressing common layout challenges that planners encounter at trade shows, summits, and conferences across Las Vegas.
The Pyramid Pallet Lounge
If you've ever planned an event at a large Las Vegas convention center, you've likely dealt with structural columns, those large pillars scattered throughout the venue floor. They're unavoidable, and more often than not, they end up as empty, unused space that disrupts the flow of the event. The Pyramid Pallet Lounge was designed specifically to work with these columns rather than around them.
This configuration wraps around a column in a pyramid style, transforming what would otherwise be dead space into an inviting seating area. Instead of leaving a bare column standing alone on the event floor, planners can now turn it into a destination, a spot where attendees naturally gravitate to sit, recharge, and connect with others. It’s like a networking lounge. The pyramid shape creates seating on multiple sides, allowing guests approaching from any direction to find a spot.
Large convention centers in Las Vegas are filled with columns, and most planners try to work around them. The Pyramid Pallet Lounge takes the opposite approach, turning the column into a feature rather than an obstacle, adding both seating and visual interest to a spot that would otherwise sit empty.
The 16' Back to Back Pallet Lounge
Large trade shows and summits in Las Vegas often have wide gaps between sections. These transitional spaces between exhibit halls, zones on the show floor (booth area to cafe area), or open stretches between activations can feel empty and underutilized, leaving attendees walking through long stretches without a reason to stop.
The 16' Back to Back Pallet Lounge was built to fill these spaces. At 16 feet long, with seating on both sides and an elevated center for plants and decor, this configuration is big enough to fill a large, open area while providing plenty of seating. Guests on one side don't interfere with those on the other, making it an ideal piece for high-traffic areas where people move in different directions.
Think of it as a natural rest stop in the middle of a busy show floor. Attendees walking from one section of a trade show to another can pause, sit down, check emails, have a quick conversation, and then continue on their way. Because the lounge faces both directions, it serves guests flowing from either side of the space, so no one has to walk around it to find a seat.
When planning large-scale events in Las Vegas and deciding on the type of event furniture rentals to choose, finding pieces that can fill wide footprints without looking sparse is a real challenge. The 16' Back to Back Pallet Lounge addresses this head-on, offering a single, cohesive piece that makes a statement while solving a practical problem.
How To Place Pallet Lounges At A Large Scale Event
To help visualize how these lounges work in a real event setting, we put together a couple of overhead floor plan examples showing how the Pyramid Pallet Lounge and the 16' Back to Back Pallet Lounge can be placed throughout a large venue. In the trade show example, you can see the Pyramid Lounge wrapping columns that would otherwise sit empty on the show floor, while the 16' Back to Back fills the wide gaps between exhibit sections, giving attendees a place to pause as they move from one area to the next. In the summit example, the lounges are placed in transitional spaces between breakout sessions and keynote areas, creating natural rest points that keep the flow of the event moving comfortably. These are just starting points. Once you share your floor plan with us, we can recommend specific configurations and placements based on your venue's layout and goals.

Event Furniture Built For The Scale Of Las Vegas
Both of these new configurations join our existing lineup of pallet lounges, including the Island Lounge, the Multi-Level Lounge, the Sideline View, and the Bleacher Lounge, all of which are available as part of our Las Vegas pallet furniture rental collection and nationwide upon request. Like all of our pallet furniture, the Pyramid and the 16' Back to Back share the same cohesive wood-and-cushion aesthetic, so they can be mixed and matched with other configurations across a venue without losing visual consistency.
Whether you're working with structural columns, filling transitional spaces, or simply need large-scale seating that makes the planning process a bit easier, these new configurations were designed for those challenging areas.
