Event Production for Corporate Events: Meet Pallet World
More and more of the calls we get these days start the same way. The planner is asking about the space and what else we can provide besides the furniture. A conference floor that needs to become a hospitality lounge, a rooftop that needs to feel like a destination, a part of a street being closed down for a public activation that needs seating for guests and passersby. The question is always some version of the same thing: can you handle the whole environment?
We love those calls (we really do!). That side of our work lives at Pallet World, our event production and design studio, where we take on the entire space, from the first sketch to the on-site build.
From Furniture Rental to Event Production
Ronen Rental and Pallet World work side by side. When you know the look you want and the furniture you need to rent for your event, that is Ronen Rental. When you are starting from an empty space and want someone to design and produce the whole environment, that is Pallet World. It's the same team with the same taste, just a different starting point.
The studio grew out of our love of designing spaces, taking an empty space and turning it into an inviting environment for guests. We've always been doing it, with our furniture and with our pallets. And the work goes well beyond seating: layouts, greenery, signage and branding, and custom builds when the design calls for a piece that does not exist yet.
We Start With a Visual Sketch
Every project starts with an idea. We go over the vision with the planner and understand how they want the space to look: where the seating areas go, the walkways, the corners, the flow of guests, and where they want everyone to mingle. That's how we think through the design. Then we put everything into a sketch, so the whole team can see a mockup of the space before anything is built.
We will Create The Full Look
Once the concept is set, we start working on the elements that go inside the space. Furniture that fits the vision, plants and greenery that soften the layout, and signage and branding that make the space unmistakably yours. We can also build custom pieces that complement and fit into the design. That is the part we enjoy most, watching something go from a sketch to a real piece our crew is putting together on-site.
Two Corporate Events We Helped Come To Life
These are two projects we're especially proud of. Each one started as an empty space- a pool deck, an outdoor courtyard- and became the spot where everyone wanted to be.
For CN's conference at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach, we produced a poolside hospitality lounge built to feel like their brand had always lived there. Pallet seating, barrels, CN branding throughout, and at the center a 16-foot custom coffee cabana we designed and built for the event, serving fresh coffee all day and giving attendees a natural spot to gather.
And for Create & Cultivate's Offsite at Industry City in Brooklyn, their Multi-Level Pallet Lounge wore the brand's red and white cabana stripes, with pallet sofas and natural wood tables completing the space.
So if your next project starts with an empty space instead of a furniture list, take a look at what we have been building. Browse the full portfolio at thepalletworld.com, and when you are ready to talk through a space, contact us and we will help you shape it.
