Costumer Service Associate

 
 

We rent furniture to create fun & colorful environments for cool conferences, trade shows, and events and we’re currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. You’ll be responsible for client inquiries via phone and email, and provide our clients with a tailored solution for their event needs. Complete orders and follow up on pending proposals. You’ll interact with the sales associate, warehouse team and founders, so excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must.

Our ideal candidate is a great prioritizer, a great communicator with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to teamwork. Organized, detail-oriented and with a love for design.

Responsibilities:

-Develop an understanding of our customers’ needs

-Build a deep understanding of inventory and service capabilities

-Create estimates, process orders, and perform follow-ups

-Input data into CRM

Requirements:

-Customer service or hospitality-industry experience

-Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (English)

-A sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.

-Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
