What furniture pieces are available in Austin?
The furniture collection we have for rent in Austin includes pieces that are unique and can create colorful and inviting lounge areas for events. The pallet lounges are a great way to seat a large number of guests and create areas where people connect and mingle with a casual and inviting feeling. We offer Eight versatile configurations to choose from, each one includes bold colors for our cushions and pillows. The pallet furniture is a perfect set up for an outdoor event but also works really well indoors, as a focal point lounge area for guests to sit and rest in between sessions at conferences and corporate retreats. The Meadow Sofas have a modern look and the Maple frame gives it a natural feel. The structure of the sofa allows to create a continuous line of seating but can also be set back to back or in a U shape which makes for an intimate lounge and can work as a lounge at a company retreat. The Meadow sofas come in different color cushions: Cream, Gray, Red, Aqua, Yellow, and Green. Check out this look to create a serene and luxurious lounge for your event.
Are any of our rental products customizable?
We can create custom cushion and pillow colors for our furniture to match a company branded colors or event theme. For example, at a Coca Cola VIP lounge we did a few weeks ago at the Moody Amphitheater in downtown Austin, we used specific red and pink cushions to match the company logo.
We can also create longer versions of our Pallet Lounge configurations to fit a specific size space available. At a recent conference we furnished in San Diego, we added length to our Multi Level Pallet Lounge so large scale letters creating the word “Confluence” can fit exactly the length of the lounge. This was used as a Photo Op lounge where guests sat and took selfies with the letters in the background, making the lounge a focal point as well as a seating area.
What other capabilities do we have?
Other than renting furniture for events in Austin, we can also help with creating a sketch with the layout of the furniture to help visualize how things will look at the actual event. We can also help with the curation of an entire space - choosing the furniture, creating the layout, and adding accessories like plants and other decor elements.
